Description:

This is a vocabulary of controlled concepts to use in populating the lithology element in Rock and UnconsolidatedMaterial elements in GeoSciML instance documents. We have attempted to come up with a list with on the order of 100 concepts that provides broad coverage of lithology types, without becoming so large that it becomes difficult to use.
